Deepak Paudel

Dr. Deepak Paudel has more than 18 years of professional experience in Nepal focusing health program management, research and policy engagement. Dr. Paudel has been working in the field of Maternal Newborn and Child Health, Nutrition, and Family Planning. Currently, Dr. Paudel works with Save the Children, Nepal for a health system strengthening project. He has served UK Department for International Development as a Health Advisor; United States Agency for International Development as a Senior Program Specialist; CARE International as Community Health Specialist. He has utilized data from the Demographic and Health Surveys to analyze situation and monitor health programs. Dr. Paudel holds a PhD in International Health from the University of Ludwig Maxmilians in Munich, Germany and a Master’s in Public Health and Public Administration from Tribhuvan University in Nepal. He is fluent in Nepali and English.
