Kryštof Zeman
Kryštof Zeman is working at the Vienna Institute of Demography since 2008. His main focus is study of fertility, and he is associated with fertility databases Human Fertility Database, Human Fertility Collection, Birth Barometer, European Demographic Datasheet, and the recent project of Short-Term Fertility Fluctuations mapping the fertility response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Kryštof Zeman has studied at the Charles University in Prague, including studies at the University of Amsterdam, and at the Max Planck Institute for Demographic Research in Rostock. He completed PhD in Demography in 2004. In 2004–2008 he worked at the Demographic Statistics Section of the Czech Statistical Office.
