Sandra Brée
Sandra Bree is an historian and a demographer specialised in historical demography and the history of the family.
After a PhD completed at La Sorbonne (Centre Roland Mousnier) and a three-year post-doctoral fellowship at the Université catholique de Louvain (Centre for Demographic Research), she has been a researcher at the CNRS (at the Laboratoire de Recherche Historique Rhône-Alpes) since 2017.
Her research interests range from fertility, childlessness, and illegitimacy to separations and divorces, especially from the 19th century to nowadays.
