Hande Inanc

I am a policy analyst working at the OECD’s Statistics Directorate and an associate member of Nuffield College, University of Oxford. My research broadly lies between the sociology of labour markets, work and employment, and family. More specifically, I research and consult on labour market insecurity, temporary work and labour market segmentation, job-related well-being, workplace organisation, job quality, occupational gender segregation, life course analysis, partnership and family formation, transition into adulthood, partnership dissolution, and household dynamics.
Prior to joining the OECD I was a postdoctoral researcher at Nuffield College, where I served as a member of the British Skills and Employment Survey (2012) team. I hold a doctorate in Sociology from the University of Oxford, an advanced master's degree in Political and Social Sciences from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, and a B.A. degree in Sociology from the Middle East Technical University.
