Adriaan Kalwij

My research interests are in the (overlapping) areas of demography, applied econometrics, and microeconomics. I have in particular research interests in the socio-economic gradient in mortality risk, risk preferences & behavior, the economics of aging & social security, and the application of data from sport events to understand human behavior.
For the Survey of Health, Ageing and Retirement in Europe (SHARE), I am the Country Team Leader for the Netherlands.
