Anna Bokun

I’m a demographer at the NYC Department of City Planning, where I analyze census, survey, and administrative data to model population change. My research combines statistical modeling, demographic methods, and sociological analysis to understand how the city’s population is evolving and to inform policies that help better serve its residents. I hold a PhD in Sociology with a minor in Demography from the University of Minnesota, an MA in History from NYU, and a BA in Political Science from the University of Chicago.
