Samuel Vézina
I received my Ph.D. in Demography from INRS - Institut national de la recherche scientifique, Canada.
My doctoral work involved the development of a microsimulation model which simultaneously projects demographic, ethnocultural and socioeconomics characteristics of the Canadian population. Using PIAAC Survey data, I also developed a module to project the literacy skills of the future workforce. I received a Masters' degree in Demography (Université de Montréal) for my work on demographic aging in Latin America and the Caribbean.
