Joseph Wolfe
Joseph D. Wolfe is an assistant professor in the Department of Sociology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. His interests are in health and mortality, the life course, and social stratification. His current lines of research involve studies of multigenerational processes and mortality, the relationship between family attainments and women’s health across historical contexts, and the intergenerational experiences that influence substance use and its association with mental health.
